Sweetwater, the 1,400-acre new-home community in Lake Travis area, received the top community award, “Best Overall Community (Over 300 units),” at the 2014 Sales and Marketing (MAX) Excellence Awards annual event gala held Saturday, April 5, at the Hyatt Recency Austin.
